Biography
Virginia “Ginger” brings to »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË over 30 years of nursing experience and over 15 years of teaching experience. She has practiced as an RN in all levels of acuity and as a family nurse practitioner she focuses on the primary care setting. Ginger’s research focus is in area of simulation-based education, primarily the use of simulation in graduate level nursing courses and the effective use of pre-briefing techniques.
